Filmed over 2 years across sacred sites in India and beyond, this music video journeys across faiths, echoing Gandhi’s belief that though the paths may be many, the truth they seek is one.
Oneness (Raghupati Raghav) is Ricky Kej’s powerful reimagining of one of the most recognisable melodies associated with Mahatma Gandhi and India’s freedom movement. Rooted in a song that came to embody Gandhi’s vision of communal harmony, equality and peaceful coexistence, the composition carries a message that remains remarkably relevant in a world increasingly defined by division.
Ricky Kej brings this historic melody into the present through his distinctive fusion of Indian musical traditions, contemporary production and global sounds. Oneness transforms a piece of India’s cultural history into a modern musical statement—bridging generations, cultures and borders.
At its heart, the song is a reminder that beneath our differences lies a shared humanity. Through Oneness, Ricky Kej gives a timeless message of unity a new sonic identity for a global audience.
